Actually I m not the creative brain of this awesome art piece, so it should be EDGE@Wyndham Street at the same time with Dali@The Forum/Exchange Square. At most, I am just one of the nannies of this baby :)
It is often difficult to define exactly what public art is and maybe public art is something never really exists. Yes I agree this city has a lot of “public art at private space” or “private art at public space”. As for this space, it is truly a public space owned by government but technically managed by developer.
Go see it, will find out who has commissioned it :)
